People exercise to be physically and mentally healthy. They are about to sleep well and walk up with a positive mind the next day!

  • What kind of exercise do you do? Why?
  • I do yoga once a week at the gym.Yoga helps me to balance my state of mind and improve my breathing and concentration. Meditation brings me peace of mind. 

    I am a counselor at "Full Love Psychotherapy Clinic".I love doing yoga very much.Last year, I have completed my certificate and I am a yoga teacher and the Psychotherapy Clinic.

The advantages of doing yoga are:

  1. To strengthen the muscle on your body.
  2. To calm your self through concentration of your breathing.
  3. To relax and attend peace of through meditation.
